Since I started coming to this location, I always felt welcome and appreciated as a customer, by all service representatives. They were always open to work with my schedule, provided honest advice and excellent service. Prices are reasonable and car was always ready on time, as promised. I highly recommend this shop!
These guys are simply amazing! They all just hovered over my car with real concern, trying to figure out what could have caused the temporary smoking! They could have easily trumped up imaginary engine problems but chose not to. For trustworthy auto service, I would definitely recommend these guys!

Very friendly and proffisional. I faced an oil leak problem in a service they did it for me, they fixed the problem by changing the all part for free. I’m thankful for them and for the good service they always do it for their customers.
Horrible between this store and the other location we went to and the last 12 months we paid over for $6000 worth of work all related to a break job now we know we never needed. Then less than two weeks ago we bought it here for a break job replacement which they had the nerve to make use pay other 700$ for all the other shops bad work. Then SIX days later it brakes down and we towed to the back where they lied to our face then we towed the car to the shop that's apart of where we bought the car from and needs an entirely new brake job 3000$ and as well as other $3000 worth of work on top of it that was all related to the brakes and work they said they did over the last 12 months. This is on top of rental cars, tows, lost wages and in between the time the car was brought to Firestone and they had it and it went to the new shop where they told us right away and is also reported on the tows some how nine lightbulb blew out and the fan belt blew and everything else broke and we had oil smeared all over the inside of her car. Really nice
